New Releases for April 4!

It’s another Glorious New Release Tuesday!

BLU = Also available to rent on Blu-ray disc

3D BLU = Available for rent on lovely 3D Blu-ray, though you must have a 3D TV to experience the full glory

@ = Available for sale in the store (but we can special order anything, see us for details)

Of course the big release this week, the one that pushed almost everything else out of the way, is ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY (@ BLU). It’s the new Star Wars. What else do you need to know?

But there are still a couple of other great releases. You definitely don’t want to skip the latest masterpiece from Jim Jarmusch, PATERSON (@ BLU). Adam Driver plays a bus driver named Paterson who lives in Paterson, New Jersey, where he lives a simple life writing poetry. It’s a lovely movie about doing what fulfills you simply because it does.

And last but not least, the new film from prolific Hong Kong action filmmaker Johnnie To. THREE (@ BLU) is basically RESERVOIR DOGS in a hospital, and it’s as intense as that sounds.

As for the rest, don’t forget to check out the following: ONE MORE TIME WITH FEELING (@ BLU) is a new doc about Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Get stung in the INVASION OF THE BEE GIRLS (@ BLU). And some astronauts get a scary homecoming surprise in WORLD WITHOUT END (@ BLU) from Warner Archive.
