The big release this week is Arrow’s FEMALE PRISONER SCORPION: THE COMPLETE COLLECTION (@ BLU) box set. All four of these surreal, ultraviolent, absolutely stunningly beautiful Japanese exploitation thrillers in new pristine transfers, loaded with extras. Meiko Kaji (LADY SNOWBLOOD) stars as the title character, who begins as a woman simply out for her own revenge but who over the course of these amazing films becomes an avatar of retribution for all victimized women. Don’t miss this set.
