Following several different bands from different genres, this film paints Athens as a magical artistic environment where bands are not in competition, but coexist in harmony. BEAVIS AND BUTT-HEAD DO AMERICA (1996) (BLU-RAY)

Beavis and Butt-head are two juveniles whose life is watching MTV. When their TV is stolen, the two set out to find a replacement set. Neither are quick on the uptake and thus inadvertently get involved in a murder-for-hire case involving a man, Muddy, who wants to bump off his wife, Dallas. The boys, however, think they’ve been hired to have sex with the woman. When they finally encounter her, she hides a top-secret biological weapon, the X-5 virus unit, in Beavis’ pants and sends them to Washington where she says she’ll later meet them. Little do they know that the government is after the device and will do anything to get it back.

BROADCAST SIGNAL INTRUSION (2021) (DVD)

While logging videotapes of decades-old TV broadcasts, college graduate James is propelled into a terrifying investigation when he comes across a surreal and disturbing video clip of what appears to be an imprisoned android. Evidently the product of a mysterious broadcast signal hacking, his discovery takes a sinister dread-filled turn when James tracks down similar, previously unseen broadcast intrusions that send him on a furious and obsessive pursuit across the country. Now James must confront two very real possibilities: that the video may be clues to a crime beyond all comprehension; and that whoever was behind them may be very aware that James is coming uncomfortably close to the truth.

BROKEN LULLABY (1932) (BLU-RAY)

Paul Renard (Phillips Holmes) has returned from World War I triumphant, but is haunted by the death of a German soldier at his hands. Determined to make amends, he travels to the dead man’s hometown and meets his former fiancee, Elsa (Nancy Carroll), and grieving father (Lionel Barrymore). Rather than reveal his true identity, Paul tells the two that he was a former friend of the deceased soldier. As Elsa and Paul draw closer and the family embraces him as one of their own, Paul’s conscience is torn between revealing his past guilt and embracing a future he never knew possible.

Before starring in the notorious exploitation classic, I Spit on Your Grave, Camille Keaton starred in a series of highly atmospheric early 70s Italian horror films, three of which are collected here on Blu-ray for the first time. In Madeleine: Anatomy of a Nightmare, Madeleine has just endured a traumatizing miscarriage. Finding herself increasingly lost in bizarre nightmares, she begins to question her life and happiness, taking refuge in extra marital affairs and unstoppable hedonism. But how long can she hide from reality before the brutal consequences of her actions catch up to her? In Tragic Ceremony, a foursome of young friends, enjoying themselves in the countryside, happen upon a secluded villa. Believing the place to be empty, they decide to investigate, only to stumble upon a grisly satanic rite in progress. In Sex of the Witch, the wealthy patriarch of the Hilton family has just died, and his heirs have gathered at the family castle to collect on their inheritances. As the police begin their investigation, long buried secrets are revealed, including curses and connections to black magic.

CREEPSHOW: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON (2019) (DVD)

The horror anthology series based on the 1982 classic continues in its second season with a horror-themed bed and breakfast gone wrong, a foray into space horror, and a virtual reality nightmare.

CRY MACHO (2021) (BLU-RAY) (DVD)

Clint Eastwood stars as a onetime rodeo star and washed up horse breeder who, in 1978, takes a job from an ex-boss to bring the man’s young son home and away from his alcoholic mom. Crossing rural Mexico on their way to Texas, the unlikely pair faces an unexpectedly challenging journey, during which the worldweary horseman may find his own sense of redemption through teaching the boy what it means to be a good man.

HAROLD AND MAUDE [PARAMOUNT PRESENTS LIMITED EDITION] (1971) (BLU-RAY)

Director Hal Ashby’s coming-of-age comedy, based on a screenplay by Colin Higgins, celebrates 50 years in this beautifully restored and remastered Blu-ray from Paramount Presents. In this essential cult-classic, Howard is a death-obsessed teen (Bud Cort) who falls for Maude (Oscar winner Ruth Gordon), a happy-go-lucky, eccentric 79-year-old. To a lilting Yusuf/Cat Stevens soundtrack, Maude teaches Harold a valuable lesson about making the most of his time on earth.

HOW TO DETER A ROBBER (2020) (DVD)

Following a series of unfortunate coincidences, recent high school graduate Madison and her boyfriend Jimmy find themselves tied up by two masked robbers. The traps they set around the house to frighten potential intruders are instead making the situation much worse.
