We’ve got a ton of terrific classic Westerns coming in this week! First from UK label Indicator there’s FIVE TALL TALES: BUDD BOETTICHER & RANDOLPH SCOTT AT COLUMBIA 1957-1960 (@ BLU), with five classic westerns from this legendary actor/director team: BUCHANAN RIDES ALONE, COMANCHE STATION, DECISION AT SUNDOWN, RIDE LONESOME, and THE TALL T.

Then there’s Sergio Corbucci’s little-seen Spaghetti Western masterpiece THE GREAT SILENCE (@ BLU), one of the bleakest and most unusual specimens in the genre. Newly restored!

And finally there’s William Wyler’s epic cold war parable THE BIG COUNTRY (@ BLU), also newly restored, and one of the most underrated American Westerns ever.
