It’s another Glorious New Release Tuesday!

It’s a small week this week, but by far the best thing that came out was the new live-action remake of Disney’s 1977 animated film PETE’S DRAGON (@ BLU). Yeah, we know, remakes generally aren’t so great, but this one is terrific. The key is that the dragon is furry. You will love it.

As for the rest, don’t forget to check out the following: your favorite nasty women are back in ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS: THE MOVIE (@ BLU). Spielberg does Roald Dahl with THE BFG (@ BLU). DON’T BREATHE (@ BLU) is one of the best horror movies of the year. Richard Lester’s little-seen 1984 comedy FINDERS KEEPERS (@ BLU). SOUNDBREAKING (@ BLU) is an incredible documentary about music producers. Vinegar Syndrome has martial-arts madness with DEATH MACHINES (@ BLU). Ultra-weird 1986 sci-fi BIGGLES: ADVENTURES IN TIME (@ BLU). And there’s the terrific vintage concert double feature disc THE T.A.M.I. SHOW / THE BIG T.N.T. SHOW (@ BLU).
