It’s another glorious New Release Tuesday!

Literally and figuratively the biggest release this week is Criterion Spine #1000, the incredible 8-disc 15-film GODZILLA: THE SHOWA ERA COLLECTION (@ BLU). There isn’t a single bad movie in this amazing set, loaded with extras and fantastic artwork and essays on each film.

Criterion also has John Sayles’ long out-of-print masterpiece, MATEWAN (@ BLU), about a historic coal miner strike in 1921.
